In May 2006 I created an Atari inspired wallpaper. After a positive feedback I was asked to post them at two wallpaper websites.

First one @ WallpaperBase received so far 13,500 downloads. Nice!

Second one @ WallpaperGate received so far over 2600 downloads. Good too.

So while digging around in my old files I came upon it & decided that I should do it one more time for a larger monitors. Decided to use 1920×1200 resolution. That’s what I have.  Hope you like it.

• Nintendo Power vol 012 May/June 1990

Hi there peeps.

Do you collect Nintendo Power Magazines? I do. Actually, I own every single one issue. May/June 1990 (vol# 012) issue has Super C on the cover. Inside however is a beautiful folded poster of Final Fantasy I for Nintendo NES. So I scanned it in four parts at 600dpi resolution. Then stitched them into one large image using Photoshop CS4 Photomerge function. After all said and done, image alone is 686MB in size. I slightly retouched the image, reduced it do 300dpi. Then re-sized it to 2000×2449 pix. You can download it here:
